  The owner Len, and his fabulous team of Pepa and Trey are the ultimate professional plumber trio. My project was an upgrade to my master bath by installing a new tub filler valve , faucet and freestanding tub. Len was the only plumber out of three to even accept and follow through with this project, and overall, the experience was 5 star very positive. From the initial phone call, they were professional, responsive, and clear about pricing. What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to offer suggestions that I hadn’t even thought of to make the final job look exceptional. I grew more and more confident that the project was going to be completed perfectly that I had them fix an irrigation cracked valve and also the anti-siphon frost-free water spigot in the front of the house. There is nothing these guys can’t do. Oh, they handle electrical jobs too. The pricing was exceptional and matched the estimate I was given upfront, with no unexpected charges. They cleaned up after themselves too. Overall, I would highly recommend Len to anyone in need of reliable and honest service. It’s not always easy to find professionals who combine skill, transparency, and good customer service, but this experience checked all the boxes.   We had a great experience with My Texas Home Services. Leonard fixed our heating system (furnace) and communicated clearly throughout the process, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, he offered a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. Later on, his company also handled electrical work for us, including replacing the fuse board and changing plugs and switches. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and again at a very reasonable price. It’s refreshing to work with a small business where the owner is directly involved and focused on honest, quality work. Highly recommend Texas Home Services.

  Len fixed my attic fan and cleaned out the primary drain for the A/C unit. He was efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

  After calling my normal list of plumbers that I've used - one of which is My Texas Home Services (I did not call the main business number. Wish I had). I ended up scheduling an appointment through Angi's List. That was a mistake. Their guy came out and reamed "all" of the pipes, charged $353, and left having accomplished NOTHING. I did get a list of further repairs that would be needed and their approximate prices. The man was not competent to make the required repairs. Either that, or lazy, or larcenous, or both. Maybe all three. Either way - NOT HAPPY. Then Len Waatti answered his phone! This all happened today, by the way. Len came and fixed my problem. To the job correctly required removing the commodes. Which he did. First guy did not. Len was here for less time than the first guy, charged almost exactly the same amount, used no tools that the first guy didn't have, and was able to fix the problem. Hallelujah! Len is a Pro. Count me as a Satisfied Customer of My Texas Home Services.
