  I had a great experience with Moss Heating & Air. Robert did an excellent job understanding my needs and recommended upgrading from a 2.5-ton to a 3.5-ton unit, along with adding an extra supply and return plenum. He also pointed out the need for a 7x8 copper line outside, which gave me confidence that everything was being addressed properly. Miguel and the installation team were fantastic—arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as planned. They were thorough and made sure the system was fully tested before wrapping up. Overall, very professional and smooth experience. I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail. Looking forward to putting the new HVAC system to the test on a hot Texas day!

  Technician arrived this am and immediately introduced himself with a firm handshake identifying himself and why he’s at my home. This is positive behavior and was well received. I identified the location of thermostats and AC units. Tanner went to work. After performing assessment, Tanner informed me of unit’s brand being a good selection and have been well maintained. One unit was a bit deficient in coolant which explains why second floor is a little warmer on hot days. Tanner was able to add coolant and do a follow up in a few weeks to confirm any potential leaks. The experience was very positive for me. I decided to sign up for Moss’s five year maintenance plan for both units. His professionalism, knowledge of his field of and willingness to answer questions impressed upon me to sign with Moss knowing he will be my Technician. I work in Technology and has always supported making things simple for clients and maintaining the best possible level of professionalism. I saw that in Tanner. I would recommend Moss to anyone who asks me if I have a contact for AC support. Thanks Tanner and thanks Moss for recognizing a quality Technician.

  Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Christian at Moss Heating and Air! From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a fantastic experience. Christian quickly diagnosed our humidity issue and explained the solution in a clear and understandable way. His expertise was evident as he navigated the problem efficiently, ensuring our home would be comfortable again in no time. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly personable, making the whole process much more pleasant.   I called Moss Heating and Cooling for my AC tune up. The technician arrived on time, was professional and explained everything. The service was fast, affordable and the unit is running efficiently now. I appreciated how responsive they were to my calls and the whole experience was reliable from start to finish. Highly recommend this AC contractor for any HVAC repair or air conditioning service needs.

  Our experience with Moss was great. First, Jeff came out and explained in detail everything we needed for two new systems. Very professional. Next Miguel and Rolando came out to install both new units. They were both excellent and hard workers. They would answer any questions we had and did a great job. We were very impressed with everyone with Moss!!
