- VCVoe Cotton1 day ago5.0I have used milestone electric for many years for several small jobs. This was the first time I used them for a significant electrical undertaking. The whole project was executed flawlessly. Nathan and his associate, Cody, went straight to work. They worked hard all day and were extremely diligent. They explained everything they were doing, showed photos of their work and cleaned up after themselves
- PWPhil Wells2 days ago5.0Tyler Spears, Luis Ayala, Garrett Odom, and Axel Contreras and all the folks with them did an outstanding job on my electrical repair. It was a long list of a lot of things. They showed up at 8 a.m. ( even though we were sleeping in until 9) and got straight to work. They never stopped working all day and the work is exceptional. They didn't even take a lunch because they wanted to get it all done today. The only company I will use for any of my own repairs on my home is Milestone. Believe me...the people you sent out to repair our problems are SUPERIOR EMPLOYEES FOR YOUR COMPANY. I will always choose Milestone ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE GREAT PEOPLE YOU SENT TO ME IN ORDER TO REPAIR A MULTITUDE OF PROBLEMS. All these people you sent to resonlce our problems should be recognized as excellent employees and rewarded accordingly. Because of the employees you sent to fix our problems I will always be a Milestone customer.
- VDVictoria Dragseth2 days ago1.0DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR NEVER LOSE A PENNY PROGRAM! I just had to lose $710 and justify it with text reminders to service my items, refusal to use my funds on repairs that cost $500 because it wasn't a major system. I am supposed to believe I received enough benefit to the money for the 1 visit per year to wait until I have to replace a major system. This is NOT how it was pitched to me in 2022 when it was brand new. They do not stand by you if it means using your funds.

Of course, this is all possible with the level of employees they hire Chris Henning Is the gold star example of great Customer Service providing impeccable work/service and his attention to his work and details.

That will save me money in the long run. Really enjoyed my visit with her! Adding more to this review. Emily came back out and replaced the breaker panel that wasn’t working properly! She is truly the best so quick and kind and respectful! Rory was very happy to see her again.
