Tanner from Moss Heating & Cooling came out and was able to resolve the issue in under an hour. I appreciate that we were notified ahead of time when he would be arriving, so we didn’t have to sit around and wait. When he arrived, he was very friendly and upfront about what the issue might be. He explained clearly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Then he fixed the leak quickly with tools he already had on hand. I will definitely be reaching out to Moss Heating & Cooling and Tanner in the future when I have any issues with the A/C system in my house.

Cristian did a great job and explained how the system operated from start to finish. I will receive a report shortly of all of the electrical test and readings as he verified them on the system in the attic. Im very pleased with both the service and professionalism from the Company. Often it's rare to find outstanding honest folks who are doing a Great Job. Thank you.

They worked quickly and efficiently. I think the most impressive along with Matt was the QA tech, Jackson. He did a very thorough examination of our system. He was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and explained every step he was going through. I’ve passed along the contact information to several of our friends and children.
