  Fast, efficient problem solvers! Helped facilitate furnace and condenser replacement financing process and new equipment installed next day! They even found and installed the old fashioned dial thermostat i asked for. Polite and speedy from start to finish. Carried off old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. THEY SERVICE MOBILE HOMES!!! Found them on The Good Contractors List. Thrilled to have found them!

  I called Moss Heating and Cooling after my furnace stopped working and was impressed from the start. They responded within a few hours, scheduled a visit the same day, and arrived on time. Tanner was polite, kept the work area clean, and explained every step. The repair was done quickly and the price was very fair, especially compared to other quotes. I appreciate the high quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Since then my home has stayed warm and the thermostat works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Moss Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a reliable heating contractor.

  I scheduled a $29 gas heating system inspection through Lowe’s, which coordinated the visit with Moss Heating and Cooling. The strong Google reviews for Moss are what ultimately convinced me to keep the appointment, and the actual service itself met expectations. Moss was accommodating with scheduling and availability, and the technician Nathan arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what he was checking. From a service standpoint, I had no complaints. That said, the communication volume was overwhelming. From signing up at a Lowe’s register on 12/30/25 to the appointment on 1/16/26, I received a very high number of calls, texts, and emails from both Lowe’s and Moss for this single service. This included duplicate appointment confirmations, reminders from both companies, marketing emails unrelated to my visit (including expired promotions), multiple payment-related emails, and repeated review requests immediately after the appointment. The service itself was solid, but the Lowe’s Home Services process and combined messaging created unnecessary noise and confusion. I eventually replied STOP to Lowe’s texts because I preferred to work directly with Moss. Victoria was a gem for hearing me out initially, I’m sure I shared feedback with the wrong person but I appreciate the way she handled my call. Overall, Moss Heating and Cooling provided professional, reliable service, and I would consider using them again. I just hope the communication process can be streamlined for future customers, as the volume detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
