David grew up in the foundation drilling profession. Working with his older brother as soon as school let out for the summer, David began his career after finishing fifth grade at the early age of 10 with Joe G. Holy & Sons, a family drilling business in which his father, Henry G. Holy, was an owner. Upon graduating from high school, David worked full time contributing to the growth of the business. Shortly after the death of his father in 1999 and the division of Joe G. Holy & Sons, David formed Holy Drilling, LLC.
