  I called Herc 3 weeks in advance to rent a forklift because I know they are difficult to get right now. They took the dates I needed and said it would not be an issue. I stressed to them that I was flying people in to use this forklift, so I needed to make sure it was confirmed. They said we were all good. I checked a week later just to be sure...and they had no idea what I was talking about! They also informed me that all forklifts for the time frame I need have already been rented. So they wasted a week of my time and I still need to find a forklift.... So dont trust them and follow up with whatever they tell you because it changes daily!!!

  The salesmen are always courteous and quick to assist. They go out of their way to find whatever piece of equip I'm needing and get it delivered in a timely manner. Prices are competitive too!!!
