Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness.
