  I recently came across issues with Frymire due to a neighbor who had work done on leaking pipes. Unfortunately, due to the cul-de-sac layout, neighbor and I share my front yard getting to our own water meter (approximately a foot away from each other). During the project, the first problem; Frymire hired subcontractors that excavated the area causing a snap in the fiber optic wires, which then created an internet outage for me along with the surrounding homes. Took me over 2 weeks to get that fixed. Next, the second problem; my water bill started to rise suddenly after their project. I had contacted the manager Abe with Frymire, he then sent out a technician Vincente that worked on the project to do further inspections. After looking at the area for about 5 minutes, he came to the conclusion saying their work didn’t cause my leak. Saying there is not thing they can do but can write up a quote that I will be liable for. My frustration with this situation is that everything was fine until this work had been done, now there is a leak that they do not want to take responsibility for. Clearly, there is no coincidence on my leaking pipes. For Frymire being “so professional”, they do not want to take accountability for the causing issues. Vincente had said it wasn’t them that had cut the fiber optic wires - it was their subcontractors. Correct, however, it is your subcontractors who are also representing Frymire. Then, I am being left with an unresolved issue with no given answers. Abe will not pick up my calls to discuss the situation and the neighbor is also not responding back at all. All of this during the holidays as well. I feel Frymire had just sent out a technician to say they did something but in reality, denying was their priority and feels like they just wanted another job opportunity. When I had spoken to Abe prior, he made me feel as if something is wrong, they would fix it. Now they’re saying they caused nothing and do not want to be held liable. This is all very unprofessional. I would like to add, the have messed up my yard with their patch work.

  My water heater's drain valse leaking so I called Frymire sent Plumber came over my house I told him the Drain valse can be replace and he said NO he can not replace it I have to replace new water heater system $2,800 because he tried to makes money if I agree replace new Water Heater Unit after Plumber left I went to Home Depot bought drain valse only $11.99 I replaced myself easy ..the water heater I am having now only 4 Years old ....
