  Patrick Blanco was fantastic. He was detailed, explained everything, and did things that no other service person has done. If only all your techs came even close to his work.

  On Feb 4-5, Frymire did plumbing work for me, and did a great job! It took two days for two separate issues, no problem. I paid $973 up front, with the remainder due after they completed the job on the 2nd day. The following day, after the work was completed, I see the two charges, one for the $973, and the other for the TOTAL amount of the job. Unfortunately, I paid with my debit card causing my checking acct into overdraft. Fortunately, I have overdraft coverage. I understand mistakes happen, but I called multiple times and no one ever called me back. They just took my messages and said they would email the accounting dept. This morning, I look at my bank account and see they finally refunded my $973. Over the last five days, I have been completely stressed out with no phone call back to me, no reassurance that my money would be returned, and no apology. I’m canceling my maintenance agreement with them. I don’t want to deal with a business that takes my money while they’re stressing me out.

  I have had multiple plumbing jobs complete with them with very few issues. However, I had a HVAC unit installed right around Thanksgiving and I wanted one that would get the City of Denton rebate(15.2 SEER) . Sales person assured me it would. It gets installed and I complete the rebate form and it’s denied. When I call to inquire why, I am informed it’s only a 14.5 SEER and does not meet requirements. My receipt says I paid for 15.2- city of Denton confirmed that’s what I paid for but what they installed was not the same. I have tried to find a resolution, called multiple times and they do call back- but no resolution to move forward. It feels like the salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. I would hate to think that it’s because I am a female. I called the sales person and he was dismissive and informed me that they do not sell a 15.2. It has been an extremely frustrating process and I still do not have the HVAC system I asked for.

  Dave came out and did the annual water heater flush and inspection. He was very thorough and explained what what he was doing and what he was looking for. He's the kind of guy I want for a neighbor. 😊
