From the receptionist at the front desk to the tech that worked on my apu, the customer service was exceptional. I am very grateful that they were able to address my issues within a couple of hours. If I am ever in the Dallas area with apu issues, I most definitely will be stopping by this location again!

I had to take it to them twice and both times they had it out the next day. I was told up front that it would be late or next morning before they could check it out. Bottom line is I didn't know what to expect, but I was treated well and was pleased with the whole process. Seems that they treat everyone the same...............Like a customer.
