  I I had a foundation inspection done today and could not be more impressed with the experience. After receiving a very concerning, and expensive, recommendation from another company, I wanted a second opinion - and I'm so glad I did. Ryan was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my home and then carefully explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions thoughtfully and respectfully. Most importantly, he was honest. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he reassured me that what I'm seeing is normal settling and that no repairs are needed at this time. That level of Integrity is rare and very much appreciated. This visit gave me tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring foundation inspection.

  We had to have our entire house lifted due to the highly expansive clay that our house was built on. We were very happy with Du-West. Jeremy was our first point of contact who came out to work out the quote for the work. Salvador and his crew actually did the work and were wonderful to work with. They were all so nice and very accommodating to anything we asked. I would suggest requesting Salvador and his crew to do your job. George also did a great job during the lifting process. I would highly recommend Du-West if you need foundation repair.

  Javier walked the area, dispersed dirt and leveled where needed. After completion he showed us and said if anything else arises please do not hesitate to call DU-WEST Thank you Javier and DU-WEST.

  Du West might do good work, but we never got that far. I had to call to ask for the bid a month after the inspector came to our house. Then, I received a $105,000 bid with absolutely no explanation. The price seems outrageous, but someone could have contacted me to explain why it was so high, or at least a written review could have been provided. I gave two stars because at least the technician was friendly and thoughtfully removed his shoes before walking throughout our house.
