I walked in with my recite in my hand and had to stand at the parts counter for 5-7 minutes while they were just the other side of the glass yucking it up. When one of them finally came out no greeting, apologies for making me wait or even a smile. I told him I was there to pick up my parts order he grabbed them came out and never really made eye contact. Customer service?? What saves this place for me is that I'm always able to get what I need for our repairs. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 2.
