Ronald was very professional and great skills. Ronald replaced a broken valve inside the tank, and adjusted the water valve at the bottom of the toilet. Job well done.

He gave me preventive maintenance advise so as to avoid any untoward incidents to happen in the near future, like having a whole house water filtration system to avoid hard water issue to be affected in our household appliances and fixtures.
