The plumber was not english speaker and use technical words but roles his eyes when I tried to confirmed if I understood his comments! He was angry from the moment he entered my place, rushed inside and made assumptions along the way (before checking). They didn't do the work they had come for!
- JFJoe Flores1 day ago1.0American Home Shield assigned The Lindsay Company Plumbing to assess and repair a tub faucet leak. The technician came out, didn't even take the back panel off to see where the water was coming from. Instead, he removed the back flow plate and saw rust and put the plate back on and sent me an estimate to replace the bath tub for $2,000. This is the most outrageous, unprofessional service job I've ever seen. It's like taking the car in for an oil change and they recommend a new motor or transmission! The Lindsay does not even deserve to be paid for their trip charge or service fee, yet American Home Shield cannot refund the $125 I paid for the service fee. I'm unable to give them (0) Zero Stars for The Lindsay Company Plumbing. I do not ever want to see them in my home ever again. I highly recommend you not hire these people because they're like an insurance adjuster working in favor of the insurance company to reject, deny or save the insurance company money!!!!

- CCCathy CrowlDec 31, 20255.0I had a plumbing issue on Christmas Eve and Lindsay was there to fix the problem even on a Holiday. Our tech Wyatt was totally awesome and worked diligently to get the issue fixed. Definitely recommend Lindsay and would use again if the need arises.
