  Domingo was a professional! he replaced our parts to our toilet in a speedy efficient manner. he was courteous and personable. we plan on keeping the Lindsay Company as our permanent plumbers from now on! thank you.

  I would not recommend this company. My home has toilets made by Vortens. There was a previous class action lawsuit against the manufacturer due to having defective toilets. The Lindsay Company reported to my home warranty that the toilet was damaged due to misuse or abuse which then denies coverage of the product. To replace the toilet, they sent me a quote for $700 - which is absurd. Tell me it is denied due to not covering a defective appliance, versus saying I caused the damage. I am fine if it is not covered due to manufacturer defect, but annoyed you'd code it as misuse, or to charge $700 for a replacement. A licensed plumber is installing a new toilet at my home tomorrow for $300 including the toilet which as $200 from Home Depot. This is about principle and integrity, which it appears this company does not have. My home warranty company credited my money back for this service call and will hopefully reconsider this company as a provider, but highly unlikely, as they're all pretty much full of it - trying to make a buck anywhere.

  Scheduling was prompt and they were able to do same-day service. The technician was very knowledgeable and had the issue fixed quickly. He provided information on how to prevent the issue from happening again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just wanted to give some feedback on Andrew and The Lindsay Conpany for the service provided on our hot water heater. Andrew was timely, professional and informative during his visit. He took the time to explain what was wrong as well as provide follow up tips after repairing the problem. We would recommend The Lindsay Company and will be sure to request them through our warranty provider as needed. Thank you for a great experience!

  2 stars, so it’s only fair to start with the good. The 3 gentlemen were very respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, did great work and worked fast. The bad - had my water heater replaced with a warranty company which was a covered item along with labor, I was responsible for any line modifications / add ones. A normal thing with warranty companies, first off I was told a structural beam needed to be removed and had to hire someone on my own before they can begin work, before doing so I had 2 other plumbing companies for quotes and ask if beam would need to be removed cause I was told by someone else it needed to be removed. Both companies said no need to remove it and pretty much told me to be sure and hire someone that is licensed and with experience. I told them the company that wants me to remove it is a licensed plumbing company, they was surprised cause it’s a common thing they deal with in Houston. When notified by my warranty company my part was $1,900 for modifications, I was blown away and warranty company had no idea why. I had to contact The Linday Co to ask why and was given a very generic description and cost which included $500 for decking floor install which we was not told about in the initial visit. Was only told about the structural beam. When asking my warranty company about having a 2nd option it was denied. I had no choice but to continue with service. after work was complete I received my receipt and was shocked to see for as much money I spent I received no itemized receipt showing cost for parts and labor or even model of the water heater. Was concerned if something was to happen and needs covered under warranty first thing they COULD SAY show me yuur receipt showing model number or serial number to prove it’s our unit. When I asked for a more detailed receipt, I got a pic of a tag on the water heater and one total price for everything and a generic breakdown of cost bit still no part cost, cost of water heater nor cost of labor. I stated I had never seen that before, I was converted maybe they wasn’t licensed, but indeed she confirmed they are licensed and have been for 40 years. I have had general handyman give me much more detailed receipts than that, but never from a respected license company. She also stated that a a flat rate company. Now I have my own theory why a company wouid choose to hide cost from their customers, I could be out of line, but when choosing my own company I’d like to know exactly where my money is going so I’m free to shop around and compare prices.
