My mom is very kind and this was uncalled for. No one with respect would ever talk to a client or customer that way.

Technician came out , caused water damage to my ceiling and when my wife called to report it, she was directed to some man named Ryan who thought it necessary to yell at my wife. My wife was explaining the cost for their mistake if they came out to verify the leak. He cut her off mid sentence and began yelling at her. Now, she hung up with him before I got an opportunity to speak with him directly but I will be calling to speak to management tomorrow. This is unacceptable.
