- DMDenise MurrayJan 31, 20264.0Sayed installed a new AC motorized damper unit yesterday. He was kind, professional, methodical, & clean. He took his time unlike many service techs who rush through a job. I felt as though he treated our home like his own. I Googled the cost of the unit installed & felt satisfied I was not being gouged for parts or labor, it felt fair. Sadly we will not know if the unit is working until we use our AC & this is the wrong season and that was our delay in getting it replaced. We are hopeful now that the damper is not stuck open we have more controlled humidity. He was the tech to identify it was stuck open, sadly AFTER his Fall unit inspection & me ansking about the humidity level. It was a warm day with the door opening & closing for the inspection so was unsure a new unit was warranted thus we waited to monitor. Thank you! Lonestar installed our Carrier unit 15 years ago & has kept it serviced.

I called this company and they were at my house within an hour. The tech had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. Very nice guy and explained in detail the issues. I would highly recommend you guys.
