  When Hamilton Thomas Homes was acquired by New Home Co. a little over a year ago, we weren’t sure what to expect. Naturally, we had concerns about how the transition would affect us as homeowners. But after nearly two years of living here, we can confidently say the merger has been a real benefit not only for us but for the entire community. The quality and craftsmanship of our home continue to impress us every day. New Home Co. clearly values doing things right, from the structure and finishes to the little details that truly make a house feel like home. If we ever decide to move again, we would absolutely want our next home to be built by them. A huge part of our positive experience has been thanks to Walter Hernandez, the site manager. He has been nothing short of excellent professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He treats residents with care and respect, and it shows in how well the community is run. For those reading reviews as part of their decision-making process: don’t just go off of a few negative opinions. I highly encourage you to visit the community yourself. It’s clean, safe, and extremely well maintained. A lot of the criticism you might read often comes from people who didn’t get approved or had one-off disagreements, and unfortunately they don’t always reflect the full reality. If you’re looking for genuine feedback, ask a homeowner who has lived here since the beginning. We’re still here for a reason. The pricing is more than fair for the quality you receive, and the community continues to grow into something really special. We’re proud to call this place home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Home Co. to anyone looking for a quality-built home with a team that stands behind their work.
