  We just moved here from Alabama for a new job opportunity and found this quaint and welcoming community. After looking at 40 houses located from Mansfield to Eagle Mountain, we found an acceptable newly constructed house in Crowley and Hunters Ridge. The house is situated adjacent to a compound the builder’s representative described as a “capped pipeline,” however, two weeks after we closed, a sign appeared in the easement saying the owners were about to begin fractional operations (“Fracking”). Now we hear the sound of a generator running 24/7. I sent the builder an email explaining our displeasure and reminded them that they had a duty to disclose. To date, they have not responded. They knew what this compound was all about and took advantage of a customer’s lack of knowledge in order to make a profit. The frackers announced their intention to horizontally drill in January 2023. Landsea knew. No response explains the company’s lack of concern for its customers. Recommendation: Find a different builder with moral integrity, character, and honesty.

  I got a great experience with Ronit, the sales representative she explained to me with details of the upgrades of the house and ease processing of any changes she took her time to make sure I completely understand every details and process. Very professional and very friendly 👏 Grateful to have the opportunity to meet her, especially for my first visit very impressed.
