  We are very satisfied with Kelly, Customer Care Specialist at Cedar Point by Ashton Woods. There are many developments in and around this area and throughout Houston, but we chose Cedar Point because of its proximity to Mont Belvieu, where our son lives. When we first moved in, we were disappointed with the response time from customer service. We encountered several issues with our newly built home, and the level of communication and timeliness in addressing repairs did not meet our expectations. Some items that needed correction were delayed, and overall responsiveness was lacking. However, our recent experience has been a complete turnaround. After contacting Cedar Point again, we were promptly connected with Kelly, who responded quickly and took immediate action. She scheduled work to address our landscaping concerns right away and, most importantly, truly listened to us. Kelly is exactly the kind of professional needed to keep things moving and ensure customers feel heard and supported. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and dedication. Thank you, Kelly—keep up the excellent work. You are a true asset to Cedar Point by Ashton Woods.

  I wanted to take a moment to share how amazing my experience has been with Ashton Woods, especially thanks to Kelly and Ken. Kelly, who handles warranties, has been absolutely perfect throughout this entire process. She has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. No matter what I’ve needed, she’s always been there to guide me and make sure everything gets taken care of smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I also want to highlight Ken, our salesperson. From the moment we purchased our home back in July, he has consistently stayed in touch and made us feel supported every step of the way. He genuinely cares, and at this point, he feels more like family than just someone who helped us buy a house.
