  Called Synergy for a quote on an EV charger install. They came to the house the same day and generated the quote the next morning. Very professional and prompt.

  Had to have a main breaker replaced and Synergy had a technician out within a couple hours of contact. Extremely professional and efficient. Very thankful we didn’t have to go through the weekend without power. 10/10 will use again

  I called in need of an electrician to address an issue at home with fuses. They answered my 1st call on the 2nd ring. Evangelina (I think that was her name) handled my request quickly and assigned my request to a technician who was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. During the initial conversation I was informed of the initial cost of diagnosis which I agreed to! The price was extremely reasonable! What a pleasant surprise!!! Wow!!! The technician Josh was extremely professional and quick to assess the problem. The issue was fixed in under 1 hour. He was patient and addressed all of mine and my husband's questions and concerns. He let me know that there would be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES other than what had already been quoted to me during the phone call. I was so pleasantly surprised again. I felt like I should be paying more for the work that was performed especially in light of the timeframe. Literally....my electrical issue was resolved within 1.5 hours of the time I first contacted the company!!!! I will be spreading the word on social media and with all of our friends! Most of our friends are higher ups in industrial construction so I am hoping to send some new customers to this company 😊 One highly satisfied customer in Portland, Texas, Heather
