  Angel drove in introduced himself explained to me what he was going to do. He was courteous.he did ask me did the office personnel explained to you the extent of the service for today. I told him I had called the previous day to make sure what to expect. Good to go. He told me my unit was👍a ok.

  Had an issue with my outside unit, first time calling Colair for services. They were able to immediately send a technician out to check my unit. Had the pleasure of having Miguel Martinez as our technician. He was very respectful and answered all my questions and concerns. We were extremely impressed with his services, and made our first Colair experience a great one. Will continue to use Colair for all my A/C needs and services. Thank you for the experience.

  They had a shot, replaced my AC ducts and left the interior incomplete. Warped the vents by over tightening. Oh we're done, pay in full now. Started with planned maintenance on my system. They want $3030 to replace my failing 7yr old faulty coil w/ anti corrode added to the replacement. I said for that kind of money that entire unit needs to be replaced. "Oh but we're licensed, it's a lot of work to change the coil, new units run 12-14 depending on tonnage" (per Dairon). Colair, you're fired!

  I gave Colair a call and there were very responsive on all ends. Dispatch sent out Dairon, who both my grandfather and I were very impressed with. From the beginning Dairon was extremely respectful, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable and confident about his work. We ended up having to get a new system since ours was 20+ years old and on its last leg. While waiting for a response from dispatch about parts and labor availability Dairon went out of his way to help my grandfather and I with yard work that we were doing. I told him that it was not necessary but yet he insisted on helping… can’t beat that service!!
