  Horrible customer service. Disrespecting the contractors using the dumpster by dumping the dumpster that had been paid for, and leaving a huge mess for the contractors to redo what they had already done. Wasting the contractors time, overcharging for their services, not finding a solution or returning phone calls, telling the driver to dump the contents at the job site. Very unprofessional. Just because you have a card on file doesn't mean you charge it unnecessarily and then act like you dont know whats going on when its brought to light. Horrible. Will report to better business bureau.

  These people are the worst , they have no customer service skills and they dumped out a full dumpster , after they had been paid!! And when called out on it , all they could say was let us look into it. Now no one has called back with a solution to this issue , I would never tell anyone to use this company !! The practices that are been used to run this business are criminal! Not only were they paid for the dumpster that was dumped out , but they have been over charging us for each dumpster that we had from them!! They are the worst company we have ever used !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DUMPSTER NEEDS !!!
