  I had a neighbor that purchased Clarity windows appx. a year ago and he raved about the whole process, start to finish. I had Clarity send out their rep, Ronnie. His complete presentation was interesting and answered all my questions. I don't remember when I have felt as comfortable with buying a product. No high pressure as he told me he would leave the paper with the figures. I am never quick with bigger purchases but I told him to sign me up right then. If someone is going to look at Clarity they would be wise to ask for Ronnie 100% and the company is very impressive with how they run their business and also charity support.

  Our house has had the same windows since it was built is 1983. We wanted to get new windows installed to keep the heat out and to make the look of our house and rooms nicer overall. I reached out to Clarity windows and doors and met with Kyle. He was very friendly, and gave a lot of great information about window pricing, window options and what would be best for my home. It was all explained very clearly and after our discussion, I felt like Clarity was a good and honest company that cares about their customers.

  Clarity Windows did an excellent job from A-Z. Braden (my design consultant) was fantastic and easy to work with. We were able to get a solid deal done quickly without all the BS I heard from others. Shantel (prod mgr) notified me of order status and installation date and it was all on time. Lastly, my man Arturo and his crew came out and did a great job with the installation. Money well spent. I couldn't be happier !!!!!! The windows are absolutely on point. I highly recommend Clarity Windows. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks again guys...

  Clarity Windows and Doors just replaced all the windows in my house and I absolutely love them! Not only are they beautiful, but the outside noise and dust coming into my house has been almost completely eliminated. Opening and closing these windows is effortless and cleaning will be much easier. All in all the whole experience, from my first meeting with Jon Craig through the installation with Mike and his team, was great. I would highly recommend visiting with them before choosing a company to do your window replacement.

  We had all of our windows and a door installed by Clarity, and the initial experience was phenomenal—easily a 5-star job as stated in our initial review. Recently, we needed some glass replaced due to minor cosmetic issues, and I felt compelled to leave another review because of how exceptional the follow-up service was. James, the field supervisor, has been absolutely outstanding throughout this process. From the moment we brought the issue to Clarity’s attention, he took immediate action—ordering replacements right away and ensuring that what we received was truly top-notch. On installation day, James was on-site the entire time, personally overseeing the crew and making sure every detail was perfect. I can be very particular, and it was such a relief knowing I didn’t have to say a word—James’s attention to detail matched (and honestly exceeded) my own expectations. He even had the team go back and check every single window to ensure the exterior caulking was flawless, touching up anything that needed it. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience. James went above and beyond at every step, and because of him, we continue to feel confident in choosing Clarity.
