Domino & Shawn are very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew I blamed the dog for the outage and avoided telling my wife that her precious puppy was indeed the source of the problem! They had the unit re-wired and running very quickly! Customer service at its finest! Thank you TCS AC & Heat!!

I know I wrote in over 4 years ago but doing so again just shows the level of consistency TCS offers year after year. These guy's ALWAYS come through. Again last week I had an emergency. AC circuit breaker kept kicking off! Chad said one of his guy's would be here within the hour. He was and it took about 10 minutes to fix. Carlos and his apprentice son could not have been more professional or helpful or HONEST! My problem was a wire shorting out because the insulation had burned through. Carlos showed me what had happened and it was already fixed. He could have told me it required some expensive repairs but he didn't. This outfit runs on integrity. I've been relying on them for nearly 20 years now. During that time I have probably had at least 6 or 7 different technicians. All of them were knowledgeable, professional and competent. As I said - the best!

We recommend a good media filter with MERV 11 rating. However, in a standard filter application, we recommend the standard monthly replacement filter. It is very easy to cause air restriction with the heavy duty filters if your return air is not sized properly.
Why is my Air Conditioning System freezing up?
