  A great young man, Dayton, came and was so helpful and explained everything the generator needed and answered all my questions . He got me all ready for tornado and hurricane season. As a widow, this was so nice and important to me to get this all taken care of- and I enjoyed the visit as well!

  Giving one star because I cannot give a zero. Every time something has been wrong with my generator I have had to call them and ask them to come service it. Despite the fact that I pay an exorbitant fee for 1 their annual maintenance monitoring and 2 the mobile link monitoring. Save yourself the money down the drain and go with a different company.

  Overall, my experience with Grasten Power was an absolute mess. Tyler, the sales rep, did a great job. Everything after the sale fell apart. From the beginning, it was clearly agreed that this entire install would be completed in one day. That was a requirement, not a suggestion. The job was scheduled for a Saturday with that understanding. Then two days before, I was told the startup would not be completed because they were not even sending a technician capable of doing it. That is a failure to deliver what was promised. I was also given conflicting excuses about my gas meter. I handled the upgrade. That should have resolved the issue. It did not. When Dylan from service came out, he found an oil leak in my brand new Next Gen Generac generator. Brand new and already unusable. Dylan himself was professional and thorough and one of the only people who actually did things the right way. After repairs, I was told a warning would clear on its own. It did not. Another technician said the same thing. After nearly two hours, the warning was still there. Then additional issues appeared, including high RPM alerts and the generator shutting itself off. I was then told the controller was bad and had to be replaced. More delays and more time off work because they could not get it right the first time. It took nearly two weeks to have a working generator that was supposed to be done in one day. If the startup had been completed on the original install day like it was supposed to be, these issues would have been caught immediately. This would not have dragged into two weeks, and I would not have lost the amount of time and income that I did. This entire situation is a direct result of their failure to execute on day one. The worst part of this entire experience was the sales manager, Ted. Ted showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect. Every concern I raised was met with excuses and a dismissive attitude. There was no ownership and no effort to make things right. I also requested multiple times to be contacted by higher management, and not once did anyone reach out. That tells you everything you need to know. Because of their failures, I lost multiple days of work and income having to sit around for follow ups that should never have been necessary. I had seen negative reviews about their service beforehand and brought that up. I was reassured it would not be an issue. It was. If I had known I would be dealing with someone like Ted, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am stuck dealing with this company for warranty purposes, which is frustrating given the experience. Take your business somewhere else.

  Christian was prompt and respectful of my time. I was very impressed with the detailed pics and explanation of the maintenance call. We have had our generator with Grasten for several years. I’ve always been very pleased with their company and product. The monthly emails on my system are very welcomed and reassuring. Wish all my service providers worked this way.

  Starr Campbell did an awesome job. Something went out on the load management module, and that took out one of our a/c units unexpectedly. When Starr came out, he diagnosed it correctly but was unable to make the fix as our a/c tech had bypassed the module. Starr was kind enough to “pause” the job, allow my a/c guy to come back to remove the bypass, then came back on a Saturday to fix the module. Tested everything before leaving too. Really appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond.
