  I would to first commend Bill and Hailey for everything they did and still do to help us enjoy are home in Stonebrooke. However this compliant is nothing against them but the fence company Starlight uses. I think is it wrong to build a fence so high that the underneath allows other animals to come in. I am having to spend extra money after moving in to put rot boards on because of aggressive dogs behind me that will come under the fence if I don’t. Yes I have talked to neighbors but they don’t care. I am reporting to animal control weekly. Its ashamed a home builder hires a cheap fence company that does not put these boards on when fence goes in . Even my gate is not secure and was installed incorrectly according to the guy that did my bid for the rot boards. I guess it is going to take someone getting hurt or someone’s dog before you guys will do something and lower fences or install rot boards. I have never send a fence installed this bad maybe because we are outside the city you guys can do this to people.

  Great value for very well constructed homes. The sales agent Hayleigh made the experience extremely simple and smooth for our clients, and was very helpful listening to what they wanted and made sure they got the best home for their wish list.

  I would never buy from a company that does not have respectable builders. Blasting music and disturbing the residents that live here and allowing it to go on day after day, smoking cigarettes while inside the homes building and painting, throwing trash around the community and no one seams to care. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this company or the builders they use.
