After spending about a year financially preparing for a new home, I jumped onto Zillow and quickly realized that the Conroe area was the place to be. Here, one can get more square footage per dollars spent. Several homes within Stonebrooke were still available when I chose to drive out for in-person viewing. From the start of our interaction to post-closing, Ken has been pleasant, humorous, welcoming, and just overall professional and accommodating. Due to his guidance and desire to get me into my dream home, I was able to close on a beautiful Newport only 3 weeks after first viewing the home in person. Love the community and builder. Ashton Woods is the best!

Stonebrooke was the first place I looked. Loved them at first glance. Ken was helping me. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and no pressure. I told him that I needed to see what else was available in the area and he understood completely. I looked at five other subdivisions. Nothing compared to Stonebrooke in value and layouts. Kevin the construction manager was awesome to work with. He made sure the minor issues were all taken care of before closing. The whole process was awesome. Closed last Monday and loving every minute so far. I highly recommend taking a look here before you buy. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. PS: I bought the Madison and it’s perfect.
