  I bought my 1900 sq. ft home a little under three years ago. It came with a still working, roughly 15 yr old Generac 17 KW standby generator. I explored the cost of replacing it with a new one for peace of mind, and as a key aging in place feature. By God’s Grace, this process has just been completed via expertise of Grasten Technologies. I’d never owned a generator before. Extensive research was done as best as possible for a common person relative to identifying reputable companies. This was highly important due to a most unsatisfactory experience w/a well known company. This other company was chosen to evaluate the existing generator during the home inspection and option period. I ended up going w/ them for supposedly needed upgrades to the just replaced existing unit and an annual maintenance and continuous system monitoring service plan. I did not want to repeat the mistake of selecting the wrong company when doing a swap out to a new unit. After being visited by and receiving proposals from four area companies, Grasten Technologies was carefully selected. They are the Lowe’s installers and experts of choice for this region, and I was able to take advantage of a couple of amazing current incentives which truly help. I frankly would have selected Grasten from among the choices without these current incentives. Grasten so far impresses as a whole. The standout factor in going with them, however, is the professionalism of the estimator they dispatched, Colton Dickerson. Colton’s responsiveness, professionalism, demeanor, patience, trustworthiness, knowledge and commitment to me as individual customer, is beyond comparison. He is one of the finest individuals encountered over the years of turning to service companies and providers for countless important home improvement upgrades or important maintenance needs. This is no embellishment. I commend Grasten for having Colton as a key team member. The delivery, install, and ongoing maintenance team members have thus far been responsive and impressive as well. I am hoping and praying for an ongoing positive and reliable relationship with Grasten as I continue to age in place with the newest generation of Generac 18KW standby units, recently installed by them. This is a very important and carefully considered relationship.

  Graston recently installed a Kohler generator at my home and did an excellent job. First step was Colton came out and explained the options and promptly provided an estimate. He answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. I then received emails from Katrina and Becca that explained the step by step process and what I needed to do (which actually wasn’t a lot as they handle almost all of it). Morgan was the project manager and she arranged for the gas (Jon) and electricity (David and Alfredo) contractors to come out and get their work done, keeping me in the loop each step (those guys knew their stuff!). Josh and Andrew came out and installed the concrete slab and the generator. After the gas and electric work was done, Matthew came out for the start up. There was a slight hiccup that was not their fault so Ed came out to finalize the start up. Both are very knowledgeable. All Graston folks were professional and easy to work with. Colton was a key step in the process since if that first interaction doesn’t go well, there may not be a second one. I was impressed by the technical knowledge and safety steps of everyone that came out to the house during this process. Would definitely recommend these folks when you decide to get a generator.

  I purchased a home a year ago that came complete with a home generator system. I established a contract with Grasten Power Technologies. Today Sean serviced my unit after I reported an error code fault that occurred during the weekly test. He was professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained the issue completely and the repairs were promptly completed and covered by my service contract! Clean up of the site was thorough. This is my third experience with Grasten and I am extremely satisfied with my choice to select them for my generator service needs. Thank you!

  This was installation and startup of a Generac generator. The work was performed efficiently and professionally, all in a friendly and pleasant manner. Operation and care of the unit was explained very clearly answering all of my questions. Very satisfied indeed

  There are lots of great things I can say about this company! For one thing, they scheduled me for today, Sunday, a day when I’m off work. I was able to meet Chris around 10 o’clock in the morning! I was so excited that he came so early in the day… He jumped right into action and got the Kohler generator serviced and answered my questions whenever I had them. He was the best! I will request him for next year‘s maintenance as well! Highly recommend this company!
