  Greg was excellent to work with and made the buying process smooth. While Tuff Sheds can be a bit pricey, I believed their quality and customer service make it worth the investment. I recently received the shed, and after marking the lines and informing the installers about the sprinkler lines, they still hit one of the lines. This meant I had to hire a plumber to excavate the area and fix the issue. I understood that this may not be covered and wasn't upset about the damage, as these things can happen. I was told a Tuff Shed representative would contact me within 1 to 2 days. By the end of the workday on the second day, I reached out to Tuff Shed to follow up and was told that someone would get back to me within another 1 to 2 days. The next day, I received a call from a representative named Joey. He stated that it was my fault for not clearly communicating where the lines were, even though I had. Joey seemed either to be having a bad day or upset that he had to deal with a customer who had spent a significant amount on a shed that I could have purchased for less elsewhere. While the shed is nice and well-built, the price point and lack of customer service will lead me to advise everyone I know to avoid Tuff Shed. I don’t have an issue with them not covering the damage caused by the installers, but I do have a problem with their poor customer service.

  Chris was very helpful and walked us through the different options that fit our needs. The process was very straight forward and we did not feel pressured at all. We like the quality of our shed and the ease of getting it installed. Thank you Chris for all of your help.

  We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed Rio Grande Valley a month ago. Initially, we sat down with Chris Olvera, our sales representative, thinking that we were going in knowing exactly what we wanted. Chris made several helpful suggestions and answered every question that we asked. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We took a few days to go over the estimate before sitting down with Chris again. We had more questions and he had the answers. The installation crew was very professional. Once the shed was installed, we noticed a couple of small things. The team leader took a couple of photos and reported the minor fixes that were needed to Chris. Chris immediately arranged to have someone come to take care of them. We are very happy with our shed. We made the right choice in choosing Tuff Shed.

  I got my shed a couple months ago completely forgot to add the review but here we go. I absolutely love my shed, I got the barn style shed and with the help of Chris he helped me customize every detail! If you are thinking of getting a shed definitely reach out to Chris he makes the process so much easier is so helpful with any questions, doubts or ideas you may have! He definitely helped me with dream shed!
