I called HES and had a conversation on the phone with Hunter, he immediately knew the problem was the septic tank. They.came out within hours and located the tank and it was full of sludge. They drained and cleaned the tank, so far everything is great. I’m thankful, we learned where our tank is and what to look for in the future. The tech was amazing, he knew exactly what to do and look for.
