  This place is not great, we have had ONE good tech who helped us replace our blower motor under warranty, we have also had a tech who purposely spilled oil next the the refrigerant ports on our condenser and told us we had a leak, which we didn't, and we had never had a leak there before. Refused repairs and had no issues with a/c all year. Called them this year just for a quick check over. Guy told me everything was good no issues to fix. He said I had some spots were the sealing on our plenum was leaking air and it would cause condensation and a leak eventually that could cause roof damage. But not a big deal apparently. A day after he leaves my a/c freezes, I have to go in the attic and suck all the water out of the over flow pan. Turn the a/c off and let it unfreeze. And here I am a few days later and its frozen again, I know the pan is full of water again because my over flow is leaking again. Back into the attic I go. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after using them 4 times and half those times I have been lied to or my a/c has worked worse after they left. Before they checked it my a/c was not freezing and had no problem. Last night it could barely keep the house at 78 degrees. Now I have to either troubleshoot it myself or call someone else. Do yourself a favor and dont use them. The service is a great price but not for all the headache i go through after they touch my a/c unit.

  Dominic figured out the problem and fixed it. We have an older house so this isn’t his first time out her- he always takes the time to explain the work.

  We’ve been using Malek Service Company since shortly after we moved here in July 2021, and I truly can’t say enough amazing things about them. Before finding them, we went through a few other companies that just didn’t seem to care or actually fix the issues at hand. We were constantly left frustrated and still dealing with the same problems. Finding Malek felt like finally exhaling after holding our breath. 🙏🏽😮‍💨 Since then, they’ve been our go to for everything!!! From repairs, maintenance, and major replacements. One moment that really stands out was in April 2022. Our hot water heater went out right before I was scheduled to have a home birth. I needed hot water, no exceptions. Malek stepped in immediately, replaced everything with a tankless system, and had us fully up and running in less than 24 hours. It was incredible. They even offered to cover hotel costs if we needed to leave the house during extreme heat when our A/C had issues, that level of care is rare. They’ve also installed a new HVAC system for us, and most recently, during our home inspection as we prepare to move, our HVAC passed with great numbers, just needed a simple coil cleaning. ♥️That says a lot about the quality of their work over time. Every time I call, they show up the same day, and more often than not, the issue is handled that day or the next. That kind of responsiveness brings a level of peace of mind you just can’t put a price on. I feel genuinely taken care of as a homeowner. What I appreciate just as much is their integrity. If something ever feels off, they’re open, communicative, and willing to make it right without hesitation. No defensiveness, just solutions. We’re moving soon, and without question, we’ll be using Malek again at our next home and even for our future build on that property. They’ve earned our trust completely. If you want a company that actually shows up, stands behind their work, and treats you like you matter, this is it. I recommend them without hesitation.

  Jawan was the tech that performed our Spring Inspection that is part of our annual service contract. He was extremely courteous, on time, and provided a verbal explanation and written report that was easy to understand. We’ve been on their annual contract for more than a decade and highly recommend this service.

  Jawan came to service our HVAC for the season and we really appreciate his honesty and his ability to explain the issues he found in a way anyone could understand. He answered all of our questions with clear answers. He is very polite and professional and is welcome here anytime.
