Donnie Moseley was incredibly helpful, usually immediately available to answer any questions and direct us through each process. He spent a lot of time working with us to align the conditions we were looking for, with the home we purchased. Logan, who was assigned to close our house issues was also incredibly helpful and friendly. I don't understand why there's any negative reviews as everyone has a chance to go through their house prior to closing (we hired our own contractor to review the home for an initial review). The few simple things we found were fixed immediately. Some selling points for me, the look of the house and the neighborhood that include DRB homes, the upper floors are Engineered Beams ( same height I Section is stronger than traditional upright rectangular beam), and the price point of the home is very competitive as we looked everywhere. We chose to buy a new home, instead of what we fell victim to previously... inheriting other peoples problems. When everything goes well I don't think about leaving a review because I'm busy, but when I feel that the product didn't meet expectations, I'm very quick to issue a review, making my voice heard (I think we've all been there). But I'm very happy and excited with our purchase, experience and home.

The walls in my home are noticeably crooked, the yard has ongoing flooding issues, the floors are lifting, and the paint job was done very poorly. Even worse, when I reached out for warranty service—issues that should absolutely be covered—they have not honored their warranty or taken responsibility for the problems.
