Jose explained everything that was done after the work was finished. He was great and his assistant was too. Josh who came and did the estimate was very thorough. He explained all that was going to be done in a understanding way. He listened to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. The estimate was very reasonable and got it within a day. Great home town experience. Wonderful job Dugger Electric. We will call you again.

On Monday March 16th I sent him an email asking if my bid was complete so I could move on with other projects. I have not received a reply. Yesterday I called their office, no one answered but I left a voice mail. I have yet to get a bid from Jeremy, an answer to my email or a return phone call. I have worked in jobs where I was required to give bids for work and I was never allowed a week or more to give a bid and I have always returned emails and phone calls. I don't know what I did to offend these people, but I feel like I have been written off and disregarded. You can't tell by looking at me how much money I have in the bank, but I could have paid for anything they threw at me. If you choose to get a bid from Dugger Electric, make sure you have another company standing by.
