The sales representative first visited me at my house last Fall, 2024, to showcase the product, discuss our options for size and color, describe the installation process, and answer our questions. Unfortunately, our household income was soon reduced from two paychecks down to one. Last Spring, 2025, when we our financial situation improved, we contacted the same sales rep to proceed with the job, and he kept the contract as we had previously discussed with the same costs. Our gutters are beautifully, color coordinated with the trim of our house. The staff were highly knowledgeable and skillful at their job. They worked diligently from start to finish without stopping for frequent breaks. They respected our property by promptly removing all debris. Both the owner and the workers provided professional customer service throughout from beginning to end. Last week, we had a new concrete patio built to annex the front porch in a location where one of the gutter downspouts is located. In order to prevent rainwater from flowing directly onto the new concrete, the owner, himself, came to make adjustments on the downspout to redirect future water runoff. He performed this work at no additional costs. This happened months after the gutters were installed. I can't name any other company that would perform additional work at no charge.
