We have had the worse experience working with Beazer homes, specifically with the sales rep and manager for Venado Crossing in Cibolo, Texas. We have sent multiple emails, messages and made several calls with no follow up from corporate. We have decided to leave this company and would not recommend building or buying a Beazer home in this area. The builders were the only ones who showed us the courtesy and professionalism to return our calls and help us find resolution. After months of miscommunication and over promising from the sales rep, we left and they still kept their $5000.00 earnest fee without any explanation or even a phone call from upper management.
This is there latest email sent to Ashley Norman who was supposed to be our contact after Lance Simpkins left us hanging out to dry after months of no communication. We still have not had a reply from either of the sales reps that were involved.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service my family and I have experienced with your team. Unfortunately, we have encountered several issues that have led to our current dissatisfaction, primarily due to a lack of response and continuity with our project.
Despite multiple attempts to communicate our concerns, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through has greatly impacted our trust and confidence in the service we expected to receive.
In addition to these issues, we are concerned about Beazer's intention to retain our earnest fee. This decision seems unfair given the repeated alarms we have raised regarding the customer service we have received. We have documents and messages to support this. We believe this matter deserves urgent attention and consideration.
To resolve these issues and seek a satisfactory outcome, I kindly request the contact information of your supervisor or another representative within the corporate office who can assist us further. We believe that direct communication with someone in a higher capacity could help us address these concerns more effectively.
We remain hopeful that Beazer will take our concerns seriously and work towards a resolution that acknowledges the challenges we have faced. Our experience thus far has been less than satisfactory, but we are eager to find a way and move forward with a different company.
I look forward to your response and hope for a swift resolution.

They will withhold information until you put earnest money down; when the information is not in your favor. They give you a $10,000 incentive for flooring, but don’t tell you carpet is standard in the whole house until you go to the design center. They have another neighborhood same zip code and same schools for a good amount less. They wait for your option period to be over to give you bad news.

If you want to be highly disappointed, and you like being lied to, build with Beazer. They won’t answer your questions until you put earnest money down. After they show you the options package, you’ll arrive at the showroom only to find the materials look NOTHING like Beazer’s brochure. Then, when you ask for a clear itemization showing what options you are paying for/upgrading, they won’t be able to produce anything - just a mess of numbers.
