- LMLisa MartinNov 7, 20252.0So we had a great buying experience with Beazer. They offered amazing incentives and closing was easy. The home itself is built pretty well. Only complaint I would have is the inside walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in every room. Now …. once you sign those papers their rating falls to a 1 star. We have been back and forth trying to get someone to our house to fix the settling issues. It’s like pulling teeth. Their excuse is they use subcontractors. Zero communication and mediocre work. It’s been a month dealing with this so far. Highly frustrated.
