  I apologize for taking a while with the moving and all but I wanted to let everyone know that Mr. Jett was awesome from the beginning to the end of my home selecting to buying , he was very positive and energetic, made myself and my family feel welcomed and informed.   Being a first time home buyer is a big decision in life. With that being Said Josh and Jett made the home buying process a lot less stressful with such a big purchase. Both of them kept to the word throughout the entire process. Highly recommend buying a home with Starlight Homes!!!

  DO NOT BUY A STARLIGHT HOME! I just brought a new home in the Celina area. I’ve had nothing but problems since I’ve signed on the dotted line. I work from home and the builder did not complete the task of ensuring the new development is in the USPS system. So pretty much the address doesn’t exist. Guess what, I can’t work from home because no internet connective because MOD and Att permits weren’t completely a year ago. I had to go to the post office to help get the issue resolved and I’m still waiting for 2wks to 6 months to get internet because it takes that long. I’m pissed because this community isn’t ready for residents. I had to go buy THE ONLY INTERNET PROVIDER….which is Starlink by Elon Musk. I had to pay $600 to get it started and now I’m out of data. Reimburse for that Starlink. 2nd issue- The roof is builder grade and I had to have a 3rd party inspector, inspect the roof and it’s wasn’t done properly. I had to have it inspected 3x’s ($700) and Starlight would not reimburse me for this because of their mishap of correcting it and lying about it. GET AN INSPECTION before buying these homes. I flush the toilet upstairs and everyone on the first floor can hear it, disgusting. Walls are paper thin. These homes are nothing but apartment homes. 3rd issue: I was sold a lie about the HOA included the front yard lawn care. Two days before I sign the line, HOA told me they never agreed to it and that’s it’s the owners responsibility. I brought to the builders attention and they said ..”oh well”. I’m going to report this build to BBB and seeking legal advice on the roof, and falsely selling amenities that aren’t followed through with. If I could do it all over, I would not have purchased this home. Do better Melissa Marco and Cody Bailey Starlight with your customers. Starlight developers or builders won’t provide a solution or contact me. Make it right and reach out to me.
