He was extremely helpful and made me feel like an important customer from the initial interaction, to letting me borrow full size samples from the shop floor so I could truly see the flooring in the space. He also answered numerous interrogation questions I had just to “ be sure”. Overall a great customer service experience. I can’t take delivery quite yet so can’t speak to the final outcome , but so far it’s been a very confident purchase.

First, when speaking with him on the phone, he was immediately helpful and engaged. He let me know he was within an hour and a half of where I live! That was a very big deal, because shipping the small amount of wood I needed from elsewhere was over $250! I drove to the store in Cedar Park the very next morning, greeted by Trent as soon as I walked in. I had issues of a pre-existing wood floor and needed to match or coordinate additional flooring, inclusive of trying to find the correct thickness to join the two…An installer’s nightmare. No more than I had presented my issues on the phone, the previous day, he was at work with ideas! When I arrived he looked at the wood and pad i brought, measured, and presented the solution! Just like that it was done and I went to the warehouse to take the wood home with me! I just spoke with him again, needing one more case of wood, and he immediately had it ordered, ready for me to pick up! This was not a ‘big’ job for him to make a larger commission. But, as efficient, kind and SMART as he has been, where do you think I’ll go NEXT time for a larger flooring need? Where will I send anyone that needs wood flooring? Thank YOU Trent! PS…as of this posting, I’m still getting texts from him with a google map included, to be sure I have directions to the warehouse. Lol! Precious…😊
