  Justus is a “Gold Mine”! Articulate, professional, excellent customer service, kind,caring and very knowledgeable. If he didn’t have the answer he went looking until he found it! Give this boy a Raise!! (and No, I’m not his mother😂) I was very impressed with him and Hardwood Bargains. Looking forward to my home project in the near future!

  Great customer service up front but buyer beware! Within 6 months of purchase and install random boards are peeling up and we’re seeing a ton of staining that’s impossible to get out. Now they’re saying I have to pay $500 for a certified inspector to come to my house prior to any warranty claims

  Trent and the other sales people at Hardwood Bargains have been so helpful and informative. Trent, especially, followed up and offered to order samples or have samples ready if I called for yet another color.😆 I was always greeted promptly at the store and helped right away. HB has a nice selection of LVP and engineered hardwood to choose from.

  We recently purchased hardwood flooring for our home from Hardwood Bargains and would highly recommend them. Let me break it down: The Showroom: The showroom had an impressive selection—not just a wide range of colors, but also different brands and wood types. Everything was displayed in a way that made it easy to visualize how the flooring would look in our home. The space itself was quite luxurious and very well organized. Don’t be fooled by the word “bargain” in their name—they carry both high-end options and choices for more budget-conscious buyers. We were also able to take home large wood samples, which really helped us make a confident decision. Buying Experience: The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. We were on a tight timeline and needed materials quickly, and it was easy to determine what was available in their warehouse so we could plan accordingly. They also have their own brand of hardwood and maintain a good amount of inventory, which made things even easier. The Staff: We worked with Trent, who was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. His email responses were lightning-fast, and he even worked late hours to help us complete our order. He also assisted us with returning excess material, which we really appreciated. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with. The Quality: I’ll be honest—I’m not a hardwood flooring expert. That said, while only time will truly tell, the floors look and feel great so far, and we’re more than happy with our purchase.
