  The experience building our home with Ashton Woods in Megan's Landing has been absolutely fantastic! The process from initial contract to finish was extremely quick, quicker than we expected, but still followed high quality control standards. I really want to shout out the site manager, Arturo, who made this experience the least stressful it could be. He would always keep us in the loop immediately upon any issues that arose or if there was a question of how we wanted something done. We always felt confident in trusting his advice on how to proceed when anything needed correction, although he was always on top of making sure things were done correctly the first time around. We chose to use a third party inspector for the three major phases, just to supplement the builder's inspections. Arturo made it easy to fit these in and effectively addressed any concerns that arose from them. As for the office side, Madison was always on top of getting right back to us any time we had any questions or concerns. Additionally, she was proactive with communication and was always a quick text or call away. Combined, this team could not have been a better choice to use when considering a new build in the San Antonio area. We actually chose this community over another offered by Ashton Woods because of how quickly Madison was able to correspond with us, where the other community felt like pulling teeth to get answers. The community itself is a quick 10-15 minute drive from pretty much anything you would need. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, and there are even some cows near the entrance sometimes! The only downside is cell service is still a little spotty, but I would recommend reaching out to your service provider to ping them, and as the expansion continues, the service should get better.
