I had a terrible experience with them in July 2025 and have been trying periodically ever since to have my concerns addressed. They never call, so all I can do is warn others. They replaced a toilet in my house, and it’s working. But Chad made a whole dramatic production about how difficult it was. Very uncomfortable energy between him and his apprentice, lots of yelling at him and cursing him every time he went outside to get a tool. They overcharged me; the invoice gives an upper limit for the service and he charged $100 over that. I think I was supposed to just be grateful that his threat of having to rip up the floor didn’t happen. On top of overcharging, I was also not given the discount promised to me by Erin. She had fixed the original toilet but told me I needed to get a new one and she would discount the installation. I mentioned it prior to service, and I was brushed off and it never came up again. During the repair, they filled my entire downstairs with concrete dust and then left a working new toilet plus a gigantic mess. The worst part is the stains on the walls, though. No effort was made to clean that up. I will have to hire someone to repaint. But still nobody at Plumbing Dynamics cares except for the person who answers their phones. If they cause trouble, don’t expect any apology or accountability or any kind of gesture to make it right.

Chad got his crew to come by the following days, Saturday & Sunday to ensure that the leak is fixed and work completed timely. I appreciate Chad’s honesty & going the extra mile to take care of the customers. Thank you for a job well done!!! And NO SERVICE FEE to come out for assessment.
- DKDale KaiserNov 28, 20255.0Excellent service. Of course it would happen on Thanksgiving - water coming out from under the kitchen sink. Plumbing Dynamics was at my house by 9 am Friday morning. They even picked up the new garbage disposal. Erin (lady plumber - yes they really do exist) was efficient, changed out the broken disposal in no time, repaired a leaky pipe, and left the area under the sink spotless. Contact them for any plumbing issues.
