  Jacob Nammari was very detailed, easily understood, patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. He was a pleasure to work with and passionate about his job and the project that he presented to me. I will ask for him on the next call for service at my house. On Time Experts should be proud of how he represented the company, this is a guy that you don't want to lose.

  Raime was just here to inspect our gas meter and check for a leak. He was so informational, polite and patient. He worked very efficiently and did in fact determine that there is a leak. He went through several options with us and really put some effort in to helping us understand our options and the various costs associated with each. Could not be happier with the service we received and I will definitely be calling them back (and requesting Raime) next time I have a plumbing or HVAC need!

  Hands down the best company I could have called to handle the monstrous disaster that was my sewer line catastrophe! Shout out to Jacob Smith who managed my project for the almost two months my family and I were displaced. In all steps of this massive project, I was kept informed and he made himself available day and night when I had questions. He and his crew were professional, polite, on time (ha ha!!), and performed excellent work. He also helped guide me in my communications with my insurance company and city inspectors. I was overwhelmed and anxious throughout this ordeal but Jake helped me understand what was going on, why it was going on, and how to navigate the process. He is honest, even when it was tough to hear. I appreciated the excellent customer service by him and his team. I will rely on them again, but hopefully not too soon!

  Great Job & Great customer service experience. Brody explained to me of pro & cons of my service need other maintenances. I agreed to those services & spoke with managers of separating payments in half so I could get those services done for coil cleaning, new filters and later on needing a compressor gauge to monitor amount of too much amperage coming in the AC Units. Good Job! On-Time Air! Well-Done! From Ralph McC.

  Aaron did an GREAT and thorough job! I was very happy with his attention to detail. He also made sure he kept me in the loop for all the items we may want to address now or in the future. I took one Star away only because he was interrupting my workday significantly informing me about what el seemed like everything he came across at the time he saw it instead of maybe one or two check-ins. I had several meetings and the time I didn’t have meetings, I was trying to get work done and was constantly interrupted for non-emergent comments. I felt those 4 hours were a wash for work between the meetings and interruptions. Perhaps accumulate the information and try to keep interruptions to a minimum. The hyper vigilance reassured me his attention to detail was great but I would prefer not as many small interruptions.
