It was nice of them to reach out before the winter storm to make sure everything was up and running properly with our system. Our technician, Javier C, was very thorough and kept me updated and educated every step of the way. You can really tell that this company invests in their employee’s training and that really is a plus for me. I am a stickler for above and beyond customer service. And it is a plus to have a knowledgeable technician. The work that needed to be completed was not forced upon, but rather a conversation as to the pros and cons of my choice. There were video and pictures taken of everything single thing that was inspected which really put my mind at ease. Every question I had was answered. I love my job was definitely exuding from Javier the entire time he was here. Thanks for hiring great representatives of your company. I will always choose On Time Experts!

During the maintenance he found an issue with the blower on one of my units and went above and beyond to go get a replacement and install it today. Parts and labor are covered under my warranty, so it didnt cost me anything. I couldn't ask for better service.
