The toilet seat, however, although damaged, was NOT replaced, saying it was not covered in the 7 year guarantee. The other 2 toilet seats in the other two baths, however, had been replaced several years ago during a previous service appointment. NOT KOSHER 😡 to change the guarantee during the active period…
