  We recently replaced our outdated AC/heating system and got several quotes—Grizzle stood out for both their great pricing and professionalism. Ian went above and beyond during the quote, even repairing some ductwork, which we really appreciated. Jaiden and Ivan handled the installation and were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up before leaving. Great experience overall—we’ll definitely use Grizzle again!

  Grizzle Heating & Air was phenomenal from start to finish! From Jake coming to look at our unit, to Ian giving us the rundown on what a replacement would look like to Ivan, Allen & Jayden doing a killer job on installing our new unit! So thankful to Grizzle! As the jingle says "Don't Sizzle, Call Grizzle" you wont be disappointed!

  Gerry was very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and the results of some of the electrical tests he ran. He even got a dead mouse out of the electrical box on the side of the A/C unit. Very professional.

  Great experience. Our AC went out Wednesday afternoon. I called Grizzle first thing Thursday morning and they had a tech out within an hour. Gerry assessed my system and determined it needed replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After I explained the situation of having a newborn and the hottest day of the year coming up he put a 911 call out to get the replacement going. Ian was out quickly and really helped us make the best decision on which system fit our needs best. Within a couple of hours, Alan, Ivan, and Jayden were on site for the install. Install was complete the next day and the guys hauled off my old system and cleaned up well. I highly recommend Grizzle for any HVAC needs.

  Gerry came out and got the AC repaired, he took extra time to check several other things to make sure they were working ok and didn’t need to be replaced/repaired. Very professional and an awesome guy!! Highly recommend calling grizzle and if you get Gerry as your technician make sure you let him know how much you appreciate him. Thanks for the awesome customer support!
