- KKKarenMar 25, 20182.0Many things didn't go as stated by salesman. I visited with the owner, Rick, several times about how the building was repositioned without my knowledge, and they covered up some of my landscaping. That wasn't all of the other things that transpired as the building was being built. Sad to say after reading some other reviews about great staff and values, Rick does not take any accountability for his employee's mistakes. Instead, he blames it on the customer. I do like the building, but I will have to spend even more money correcting their mistakes. I never write negative reviews.....until now.
- RQRandal QueenFeb 27, 20185.0The owner, Rick, and well, really, the entire staff are very friendly and truly want not just your business, but to make you a very happy client. So in demand, they may seem to have forgotten about you after the initial shop is built, to finish off a few small details or punch list, but they will show up when the time permits and they will ensure you are fully satisfied. Be patient. They will shine. You pay in thirds, and they understand that final payment is after the fact of all the work being done. So again, patience, and at that point, and you will be rewarded from all their hard work and effort. They will fulfill any promise and they are not here to cheat anyone for any reason. They are honest folks. So work with them and have a bit of patience and understanding. They will always come through. I do not hesitate to recommend them. Rick has integrity and will honor anything they commit to. He just needs to write a few things down more often to jog that memory LOL, but no... they are in demand because of happy customers. For the price and work, you just can't beat the buildings. I will continue to sing their praise and recommend these guys. Thanks Rick. In my picture posted, I show that I am doing a carport and upper deck. For a view of the river. They banded the posts for now till I can get the deck built. They think of everything :)
