- JAJavier AuJun 18, 20251.0On June 9,2025 I purchased a Ridgid 18V 2.0ah Lithium-ion Battery Starter Kit brand new. As soon as I got home I tried charging it and the battery read error on the charging station. The battery was defective so it wouldn’t charge. I immediately called Direct Tools at the outlet mall in El Paso and Marco stated the sale is final and there are no returns. I asked if they could replace it with one that works and he stated they couldn’t do that??? How can Direct Tools sell items that are defective. I was out $45. Unbelievable!!! Beware and make sure you ask questions before purchasing any products from here. I would also ask about their return policy.
- ABAmandaa BarrientosJun 12, 20251.0Got to the store at 6 pm yesterday to buy something I needed and the doors were locked with a note stating they would be gone for 30 mins, I waited outside for an hr. The worker saw us twice and still decided to not open. Not cool .
