I approached David, informing him that I needed someone to assist me who didnt necessarily need to be the smartest person available. I needed the most patient person. David was obviously busy getting geared up for the holidays when I approached him, and he immediately put aside his work to assist me. To the person in a position to promote and increase employees wages: Promote David immediately to the next level and give him a raise. He is ready. He is keeping your business profitable because he knows that the only way to be successful in retail is to make as much money as possible. And every nickle the company generates comes from customers.
