  I have had an annual Generac service agreement with Zaskoda Repair for 4 years. I am very pleased with Tim and crew. They take care of business and maintain my generator with semi annual visits to perform service and maintenance. I highly recommend Tim and his team — you won’t be disappointed.

  What a great place in the middle of nowhere. My Champion wood chipper tried to eat itself and dang near did so. Zaskoda is a warranty repair approved service dealer for Champion. I dropped it off, checked back in a month and it was ready. After getting it home, I used it without issue for hours over several days. The people were friendly and polite, and most important, competent. If I ever need service again I'll be back here. As an aside I expected Champion to give me the run-around on the warranty claim, but nope, they simply authorized it without hassle. Makes me feel good about the Champion generator I also bought.

  Tim and crew serviced my Generac recently. They were professional and proficient. Tim found a problem with my internet connection and replaced the part under warranty. He also took the time to show me how do do a little trouble shooting in the event I had power transfer problems. I can’t say enough good things about his service!
