  I have used these guys on 2 different occasions and the first time our excavator delivery showed up over 24 hour late. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered another excavator in which the insured that i would show up to the job site between 9-10am. The excavator never showed up until 3pm and the said that they would cut the price in half because of the inconvenience. In ended up with $1700 worth of charges on my account for a rental that was supposed to cost about $1000 even though the insured me they would only charge us half of that due to the inconvenience. Don’t waste your time with this company.

  The young man behind the counter was very helpful and polite. The equipment that I rented was a bandit stump grinder for just a day rental and it worked extremely well especially compared to the one that I’ve rented a few times from the Home Depot which was actually a little bit bigger. The 40 hp stock grinder was more than I needed and I really like the fact that the grinding wheel guards go out a lot further than the one at Home Depot. Almost felt as if I didn’t need to wear safety glasses with the equipment although we would never do that. We end up grinding 13 stumps in 2 1/2 hours!! Impressed!

  This place is not family oriented. My husband worked for them and he was written up for taking off when our grand baby was born. It was scheduled and they knew ahead of time. They refused to train him in the online HR system before the day and then wrote him up for not using it. They lie to their customers and make promises the drivers can’t deliver on and then blame the drivers. They run trucks in violation of DOT safety standards and don’t care about the consequences of harming other drivers with unsafe equipment. They steal time by having supervisors go in and change clock in time and put lunch breaks in it don’t allow time for them their DOT log and hours don’t match and employees lose pay. My husband ask to be off by 5 as he wears told he would always be off by 5 when he started to make our grandkids programs and for him to schedule dental appointments and surgery they continued to schedule him and caused us to miss many events as well as reschedule a procedure leaving my husband in pain for over a month because he couldn’t get off. He left with nearly 80 hours of time off not taken because they wouldn’t ever let him off and then refuses to pay him for it. ABSOLUTELY a poorly run, money hungry, unethical company use sunbelt or united or another company and don’t EVER work for them. My husband has been a truck driver for over 25 years. Worst company he has ever worked for.
