  The quality of the fencing work itself was good, the finished product looks solid and well done. However, in my opinion the communication throughout the process was very poor or could have been better. At times it was difficult to get clear updates or timely responses, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. Unfortunately, even after the project was completed, we continued to have issues with communication when trying to follow up about an unexpected legal matter that arose from the work completed by Firehouse. In my opinion, the owner or person handling communications really needs to improve in this area, as better communication would make a big difference in the overall experience.

  We had Firehouse Fence and Construction do several things around our new home. They installed a new fence (well over 100 feet worth with a pedestrian gate and vehicle gate), widen and extend our driveway to include irrigation work as part of that, extend our back patio and put a gable roof over the newly extended patio. We received super-fast responses to any questions we had and we received the estimate much faster than we had with other companies (in hours). Firehouse Fence and Construction were also very flexible with the estimate and worked to ensure we got what we wanted within our budget. Everyone on the work crews were super friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. We had 1 minor issue after the work was completed, which was fixed within a timely manner. The issue wasn’t due to the fault of Firehouse Fence and Construction as it was related to nature (we received a lot of rain in a short time). We would definitely recommend Firehouse Fence and Construction and we will certainly use them again in the future when the need arises. If you are like us, we were very worried about the process and handing over large sums of money before the work was completed, but you can rest assured with Firehouse Fence and Construction. They are very trustworthy and their workmanship is top notch. We have no complaints with anything that was done and are so happy we took the plunge to get everything we wanted done. We don’t regret a thing.
