However, in my opinion the communication throughout the process was very poor or could have been better. At times it was difficult to get clear updates or timely responses, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. Unfortunately, even after the project was completed, we continued to have issues with communication when trying to follow up about an unexpected legal matter that arose from the work completed by Firehouse. In my opinion, the owner or person handling communications really needs to improve in this area, as better communication would make a big difference in the overall experience.
