- RRRose RodriguezMar 28, 20265.0I had an amazing experience working with Ashley Quinn at Willow Springs in Buda from the day we met all the way through closing—and even after. Ashley consistently went above and beyond with her communication, professionalism, and level of care. After closing, she made sure I had everything I needed by reminding me of important “don’t forget” items such as scheduling post-close service, transferring utilities from the builder into my name, and even providing the link to file my homestead exemption. As a new home sales counselor myself, I have very high expectations when it comes to service, communication, and overall value, because those are the same things I pride myself on delivering to my own clients. Ashley truly set the bar high. We did have one hiccup regarding the tax rate, which was completely out of her control. However, Ashley immediately took it upon herself to be proactive, find a solution, and help me see the benefit of staying under contract. She gave me peace of mind during the biggest purchase of my life, and I will always appreciate that. I also want to recognize Allen, the construction manager, who was fantastic throughout the process. He was quick to address the items from my third-party inspection, extremely thorough during our buyer orientation walkthrough, and even helped me tape up the home so the subcontractors could come in and make repairs. Ashley and Allen make an incredible team, and anyone who works with them will be in great hands. I am so happy with my purchase, but even more grateful for the care and attention I received throughout the entire experience.
