  I had to rent a truck after mine broke. They immediately put me a new 3/4 ton truck that fit my needs perfectly. Customer service was great and I even got money refunded to me upon return of the truck. Prices were competitive and they were easy to work with. Joy and the other woman (?) who went out of there way to make sure I was in a vehicle quickly thanks again.

  Do not use this location if you don't want to be grossly overcharged after the fact without your consent. We have had prices change on us for no reason after the fact and having done business with them for a long time. They will charge you whatever they arbitrarily decide AFTER THE FACT. We were one of their main customers. It was one thing dealing with them when they charged us almost $100 extra for being a little under full, or another thing when the charges we're always different and there seemed to be no standard to how they charged as transaction amounts always seemed to be different than what we initially had on the reservation sheet, but now all of a sudden their manager Jesse has completely stonewalled us and given us the runaround in regards to the last 6 transactions where they double-charged us. The total amount that they overcharged us is just under $1,000 for our last six transactions. Nothing has changed in our operations yet they have charged us double what was agreed to. We only used the vehicles for about five to six hours from the time that we pick up the vehicle to the time that we return it, yet they are charging us for two day rentals, and had never done this before until now AFTER the fact. They didn't even give us the time of day to at least confirm this on their end as I know that they have video recorders at their location. To date, we are not sure if they now have a two day minimum or not, or just asserting that we rented the vans for more than 24 hours, which is of course not the case as we have multiple drivers and witnesses who show up the day of, drive to Buda in their car, then return the van the same day about 6 hours later, and drive home again in their personal car. On top of this, we are forced to fight Friday afternoon traffic just to go up there and sign the documents and get the keys to the vans since they're not open on Saturday. To be clear we have never had these issues with the Austin location, just the Buda one. I have been forced to proceed with chargebacks with my bank after giving them more than a month to remidy the situation. This has also prompted me to buy my own vans, picture attached. Being an internet centered entrepreneur, I'll do whatever I can to pass the karma back to them for wasting my time, barring of course they have a sudden change of course and refund what has been stolen and overcharged.

  Patrick and Chris are the best!! I went in to rent a car for 2 days while my car was being worked on and ended up needing it for 2 weeks after my car was "held hostage". Both Chris and Patrick were very accommodating with my situation and seemingly endless extensions. If I ever need to rent again or I know anyone who needs to rent will definitely be Longhorn rental in Buda! Thanks.
