I contacted a few local flooring businesses and DesignCo was the top choice. They were patient, answered questions and together, we decided that luxury vinyl plank was the best option! The installers finished the job in one day! Great work, great service, professional and customer focused are a few attributes of this business! Please use this company for your flooring needs! - AAAllenSep 13, 20255.0I cannot say enough good things about DesignCo in general, and Justin Samuelson specifically. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a genuine smile. I explain I was looking for countertops. Justin brought out samples, and answered HUNDREDS of questions. He never lost his patience. I settled the leather Uba Tuba, and he walked me through the process of getting things installed. It took a little bit for the cabinets to get installed, but I just stopped by, and Justin was able to get the countertop installation process started. That was when I started talking to Beth about getting the measurements scheduled. She was so friendly and worked through my schedule to find a date and time to send someone out to the middle of nowhere. She was reassuring,, and again walked through the process, letting me know what to expect. The gentleman that was to measure for the countertops arrived on time. He brought in his equipment and started to work. He was fast and friendly. And apparently pretty accurate, too. Then, 3 weeks later, the installers arrived. They started working, and just did an amazing job with the installation. Granite is heavy, but they manhandled it, and made the installation look easy. Even my builder was pleased with their work. I stopped by DesignCo the next day, and Justin greeted me with another smile. I let him know the install went great! Then I asked when he might have the final cost. He said it was all done, and he had the grand total if I wanted it. As I've told Justin, my biggest complaint with DesignCo is that Justin and Beth made things too easy and showed me how working with business would be.
