He helped me make a choice, and made sure I have a reservation for the equipment when I will need it. I had contacted several other rental places and when I asked for a specific piece of equipment they merely told me that they had none available, with no effort given to help me with another choice, just a dismissal, presumably because I am not a regular customer.
